Psalms of Joy and Praise (Continued) - Psalms 119

I have hidden Your word in my heart
that I might not sin against You.

As a creative director at an agency, I've learned to let my subconscious work.  I'm a great believer in studying a project that I'm to brainstorm and then walk away from it.  Take a walk.  Or go home to come back to it the next day.  Knowing that even though I'm doing other things, there's a place in my brain that continues to work on the creative challenge.  And it does.  I can't remember a time when I came back to something without quickly coming up with an answer.  Your brain never sleeps.  It's always working.  So what you plant in your mind, what you give your mind to immerse itself in can certainly effect how you think and feel and how you view the world around you.

So what if you plant God's word -- the Bible -- or His living word -- Christ -- in your mind and allow your subconscious to work on it?  What would happen?  Let's try it and see.  The psalmist suggests it will guard your soul.  I think it will change your life.  Maybe help you see God in ways you never head.  Just a hunch.  Let's try it.  Here goes.
